At Hoomies Asheville, we believe in standing behind every product we sell. After 35 years of running our family home goods business we've built our reputation on trust — and that doesn't change just because we're clearing out our collection.

30-Day Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked, no hassle.

How to Return

1. Email us at support@hoomies-ashville.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at a set location
4. Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take a photo and email us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–3 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items cannot be returned once opened. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
